A lot of clubbing went on…
The Swimming Club.
The Cup of Chinno Club.
The Book Club.
The Lunch Bus Club.
The Art Club.
The Father Person started a five week course… did I ever mention that I love post-it-notes, well I lent him a few and now his book looks like a hedgehog!
But more important he gets home before bedtime – he was home for supper – such a huge moment in our lives (like the first time this whole year) that we are indeed blogging the moment:
Hood #1: Thought I wouldn’t notice that he had whipped a snack – I don’t know, can you tell?
Hood #2: Thought if he cleaned the pool I wouldn’t notice that he had done no school work – hmmmm!
Hood #3: She spent hours reading and dancing and arting and writing copious letters… to me!!! How sweet is that.
Hood #4:Learnt how to play patience.
And worked really hard on a dinosaurus with its babysaurus.
Hood #5: Well… He was found mid-night snacking on pancakes, if you don’t mind!
Hood #6: Decided that a girl just can’t wear nappies/diapers forever. But then spent the week reading at the bathroom door in case of emergency. (If only people knew that toilet training was this easy!)
Hood #7: Discovered bananas – hmmmm!
And to top off our week a parcel arrived from Hungary for the A Bit of This and A Bit of That’s Culture Swap… Thank-you so much!!! We had such fun poking through your package! Not to mention chocolate for dessert!
