Fabulous Friday Fun #46 – Link Up

So here are my se7en favorite links of the week:

I love that folks are doing stuff for Christmas, rather than just buying stuff… I am all about the doing!!! Have a look at these links for some more Christmas Fun:

  7. Family Fun’s Christmas Page: If you really want to get lost exploring doable things with your kids… or better yet you want your kids to get lost with projects they really can do then this is the place to start.

    I saw the Activity Village when I was searching for ideas for my advent calendar. Wow it’s good isn’t it!

    We have been starting our day talking about Jesus, and it has really brought a lovely spirit into our home in the morning.
    Now I just need to figure out how to bring the spirit back in the afternoon! hehehe

  4. Hay JugglingMother – You stopped by, how cool is that!!! Hmmm afternoons… lunch we usually rest and read stories and get up and have a cup of tea together and I read a chapter from whatever chapter book we are on – I know I work on this!!! That gets everyone back into the right spirit of things, especially if school went less well than anticipated!!! Of course this can all go south on days when I think we are running late and I forgo the rest… ahem bad error of mothering judgment!!! Our getting to bed hasn’t been working… little people are too tired to wait for dinner… I have rediscovered the bath… pop them in when the wheels fall off and they will play for ages while a big sibling is there to pass toys… I find that the things that make things work for us are usually the things I drop when we are running late… and then I wonder why things aren’t working out so well!!! You have a great day from a mother who is always in training!!!
