This was such a weekend of ups and downs… and cell phone photographs abounded…
We started our weekend with drawing bugs… as one does…
And it quickly turned into bug bunting…
Two crazy hoods were away on camp… definitely a high for them, but we missed them terribly and six kids left us feeling a little empty handed…
A stop at the Lego store to spend birthday vouchers…
A trip to the Waterfront…
And a first ever taste of candy floss…
Dashing too fast to stop at our favourite kids clothes store… Even though there was a rhino in the window…
And the bear we were buying for someone’s belated birthday wish… the bear store has gone and has been replaced by LUSH… What a fabulous find!!!
But wait… who can resist those fresh ingredients…
Every soap packed with amazing aromas…
And getting clean just became a delicious tour…
Of the cake shop!!!
Gift heaven…
And gift wrapping with gorgeous scarves…
We will definitely have to go back there for some serious shopping…
Then off to our favourite park: Green Point Park
Yes six of our kids where hidden in there…
Having a swing…
And a swing…
And a swing…
The world could learn a lot from the heaps of kids that play in this park… always tons of happy children playing co-operatively… helping each other up the climbing wall… taking turns on the swings and slides… just love all these kids playing beautifully together…
And the weekend wouldn’t be the weekend without a wonderful coffee…
