We went to share and we learnt so much… I will have to write about it in little steps through out the week… I just wanted to let you know that we are all home safely and it is taking a little while to get back into our world!!!
I can say that our kids slotted straight into life in a village in Lesotho… a testimony to our gracious hosts!!! We all felt right at home and have made life long friends… letters I am sure will be flitting to and fro, and I have a strong feeling that this is one of those places that clings to your heart and one visit will just not be enough.

Sports are the great equalizer…

Friends reconnecting after months apart…

Best friends for life – that vanished off into the village from dawn to dusk…

Why walk when you can run, so many new and exciting things to share…

It is always handy to take a chef when you head off into the wild blue yonder!!!

And some of my kids are just so good at making friends, throngs of friends, language is just not a barrier for little ones!!!

This little one connected with our host instantly – this brilliant young man had no problem having a family of ten to stay in his home… We all loved him to bits and hope he isn’t too lonely now that all is quiet again!!!

And carrying messages here and there just added to the fun.

This young man kept our journals going, when the rest of us were far too busy visiting!!!

Not to mention keeping everything neat and tidy!!!

That’s us…

I plan to feed you more news from Lesotho throughout the week…
