Ooh, how have I forgotten about jelly bean biscotti? We made so many batches a few years ago at Easter. We were giving them to everyone we know, just so they could experience how delicious they were! Somehow we forgot the last year or two. We’ll be making them again this year! It’s taking all my self-restraint not to run to the store for jellybeans right now!
