So the sun has come out…

And the trip to Oggi that I promised…
Means that we…
Are back in the swim.
Meanwhile look at these cute cute feet:

This is my view of the world:

Otherwise we read some books:

Some people took school very seriously:
With great academic results.
Not to mention a Wilson’s toffee…

Which led me to recline in this ummm chair… trust me I would rather go through childbirth a number of times than have a filling replaced.

Another long hot wait in the car and a photo of our kitchen sink.

This has to be the book of the week, I have been pouring through it page after page thinking remember that one, oooh remember that one… And I have a list of a whole lot of books that we need to read, just waiting for us to get to the library.
And apart from a great adventure,

This is what the Hoods got up to this week:
Hood 1: Discovered victory…

Hood 2: Discovered a new challenge.
Hood 3: Did some serious crafting.

Hood 4: Well he reached his goal in life and spent an afternoon with a drum set…

Hood 5: Spent an afternoon in a Jumping Castle and frankly it may have been life changing!!!

Hood 6: We had another of those visitors only they seem to be bigger each time…
And don’t ask why we have a rake in our kitchen – doesn’t everyone keep a rake in there kitchen… As for our beastly princess, she rather enjoys this wild life invasion…
Hood 7: Discovered grapes.

And seriously long phone calls:
Hood 8: What can I say the sweetest thing that ever lived:
I couldn’t decide which picture to choose – so you get the lot!!!

That’s us!!! And we will tell you about our adventure in our next post: The Saturday Spot. Have a Great Week.
You know, I’d love to see a “day in the life” commentary. You make your weeks seem so appealing, and I have to keep reminding myself that you are picking up “happy highlights”.
Glad your summer is finally kicking off!
Hi C, I am so glad about the summer too!!! So you reckon the smaller the moment the worse it may be!!! It is indeed called picking the moment!!! Hope you have a great week recovering from guests…
