Quite simply we have had such fun with this book that I thought I would post a page with all our River Cottage Posts in one place. This book is the ultimate “cooking from scratch book,” cooking that doesn’t require fancy machinery or heaps of adult intervention!!! It reads like a story, not a recipe book, yet it is packed with recipes. I thought we would go through this book at about a chapter a week, turns out there is so much to learn and so much to explore that we are taking a couple of weeks per chapter. We are just loving it!!!
