Se7en + 1 Visit The Yuppie Chef HeadQuarters…

November 12th, 2012 · 5 Comments

Typically when kids have a visit with Yuppie Chef… they are there to cook!!! In fact we have had the folk from Yuppie Chef round to our home to cook hamburgers before. So since they had been to us, it was our turn to visit them… and instead of cooking we went on tour of their warehouse. So here you are a post on the inner workings of the online store we all love and adore…

The home of premium kitchen tools and the dream stop over for all my kitchen helpers… particularly one of them!!!

And yes, everywhere you look there are kitchen gadgets to delight!!!

Friendly waving crews answering telephones… and a camera gal filming “Alessi Gear”…

And pin boards… everywhere…

And off to look at the products… past the packaging, a crafty mom’s dream!!! Would you look at all those boxes and be still my heart – the pallets!!!

Did I mention shelves and shelves and shelves…

Small products…

Medium products…

And large products…

And some extremely cool looking products…

And some packages getting ready to go…

Each package gets its very own copy of the latest and greatest Spatula Magazine, and a fridge button and a handwritten card…

Ready for some zooming…

And on to see where our packages were headed…

The conveyer belt…

And a snap, snap, snap…

Seriously sealed…

And ready for trucking…

And since we knew we were going… the night before we secretly ordered a serious treat for our celebrity chef to gather off the conveyer belt while he was there….

And since we were there we had to try out some fabulous products so we settled into a decorating session with the Nicoletta range of Superb Sprinkles!!!

Oh glee and joy…

And busy times…

But I am guessing these guys so know what they are doing…

And a delirious chef!!!

I kid you not!!!

And cupcakes galore…

Some trendy tasting…

And no time for discussion…

A peep inside his box…

And a huge thank you to Yuppie Chef… for being brave enough to host eight kids wandering through your smoothly oiled office system… We had a great visit!!!

And there is always something happening at Yuppie Chef… take a look at their latest competition, to be sure we will be entering!!!

Seriously anyone can enter, we always enter their competitions… it isn’t about being the brilliant best and winning at all, it is all about taking part and having fun!!!

Isnt YC HQ incredible!! Its my brother’s business (Andrew), and I do the bookkeeping for them, so I might be biased! I remember when they started Yuppiechef in their lounge, and I used to go and answer the phone on a Friday morning! How its grown! So glad you had a good time there – I wish I could have been there to meet you all!
