The Celebrity Chef and his friend Peter the Pastry Chef were back in action this weekend…
This time they made a million milk tartlets.

They worked under trying conditions. Their fan club was bouncing around.
They came through and produced the goods in fine style!
Let’s Meet the Players:
- 75 g flour
- 75 g cornflour
- 150 g sugar and 150 g more sugar!
- 6 eggs
- 1 l milk
- cinnamon – plenty!
150 thousand million little pie crusts that have already been baked and are ready to rock ‘n roll.
Play the Game:
Step 1: Measure the flour and sugar and mix with a little water to make a paste.
While you are doing that boil the milk with a little vanilla essence.
Step 2: Separate the eggs.
And get your ducks in a row.
Keep the egg whites for later and mix the yolks into the flour and sugar paste mixture. Add some cinnamon near the end of this step.
Step 3: Beat the egg whites.
And measure out your next lot of sugar, add it to the beating whites.
Step 4: Pour your heated milk into the egg yolk mixture and stir all the time, then pour it al back into the pot. Keep stirring.
Add the whites to the custard and stir it through and through and through.
Then take a break!!!
Step 5: Now master the piping bag!!!
And pipe your mixture into the waiting bazillion pastry cups.
Share out the leftovers!
Step 6: Finally sprinkle all over with cinnamon sugar…
Step 7: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 min until it is set.
Munch, munch you’re done!!!
And you might need a long walk to recover!
Have a great day!
